The Christchurch Carnival Committee would like to invite a variety of stallholders to apply for a trading pitch at this year’s event. If a trader is interested in applying, please supply the following documentation:
● Application Form
● Public Liability Insurance
● Risk Assessment
● Food hygiene (if applicable)
● Local Authority registration (if applicable)
The Committee will prioritise past traders, provided the application is received by 31st May 2017. After this date, stallholders will be allocated their pitches and have 14 days to make payment for their stall. There are three price bands for stallholders:
*Please note: Charity stalls offering hot food will be charged at the catering band.
Each pitch area equals one gazebo sized 3m x 3m only. If additional space is required please include this on the application form and use the following table for the additional charge applicable.

There will not be any additional areas for storage or parking by the stalls and there will not be any electricity supply available.
