The 2018 Christchurch Carnival, on Christchurch Quay, will take place 10am-10pm on Saturday 18th August and 11am-4pm on Sunday 19th.

The Christchurch Carnival Committee would like to invite a variety of stallholders to apply for a trading pitch at this year’s event. If a trader is interested in applying, please supply the following documentation:

● Application Form
● Public Liability Insurance
● Risk Assessment
● Food hygiene (if applicable)
● Local Authority registration (if applicable)

Previous traders have until 31st January 2018 to apply for their pitch before the pitches go on general sale to other traders.

Please make sure all of the required documentation is returned with your application, as incomplete applications will be returned.

There are three price bands for stallholders:

1. Commercial
2. Charity*
3. Catering

*Please note: Charity stalls offering hot food will be charged at the catering band.

All stalls must fit within the pre-agreed pitch area of 3 metres width by 3 metres depth (unless additional area has been purchased). This MUST include any tow hitches of trailers.

If additional space is required please include this on the application form and use the following table for the additional charge applicable.

There will not be any additional areas for storage or parking by the stalls and there will not be any electricity supply available.
